Persons recommended by the project director and approved by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) may take part as researchers in TÜBİTAK projects. These people;

- Whether they are from within or outside the institution does not constitute an obstacle for their participation in TUBITAK projects.

- They must be subject to the law no. 2547 or they should not be working anywhere.
