TÜBİTAK 1007 Public Projects can be staffed from inside or outside the institution.

- Personnel working within the institution or on behalf of another institution may be employed as a researcher subject to the Higher Education Law No. 2547.

- Support staff or researcher who are not working anywhere can work as SSK with social security.
